How do you keep yourself organized?

In my current position I have set days to accomplish my weekly and monthly tasks that are saved on my outlook calendar with several reminders. My daily tasks are planned with a to do list that is updated through out the day. I have a monthly filing system for my property to ensure that any financial questions can be answered with ease, from resident payments and paid invoices to misc income and commissions. They are all filed by month in a 7 section file, making for consistent and easy reference.
