      Have you coded any WordPress plugins in PHP before?

      Not really, but I have troubleshooted plugins with bugs and corrected them successfully. Basically what I'm saying is that I understand WordPress plugins' back-end code and how they work. This combined with my PHP skills, I can build a plugin if needed.
