I just want you and other CRPhTs who are hired through a temp agency to know that you are hired just for that, to be a temp. You are not hired to ever get hired on permanently no matter what anyone may say. You are hired to work through peak and then be let go at the end of it. If you are okay working hard and like a robot, and if there is an opening, and if you get your cert., and this is not an easy task with no background, and a lot more ifs, they may hire you on permanently. This is rare. I just want to give a headsup on this. Pretty much every temp. who has came in expects to get hired in six months and believe me this is not the case.
