With my project management in my background, I actually evaluated the project first to find a reasonably expected completion date. After assessing the project's difficulty I began to set up steps to completing the project with a team and setting milestones meetings to make sure the project would be on time. I definitely kept in communication with all stakeholders and parties involved in the project.
