Most credible SaaS companies have their own Implementation departments so this question is ambiguous. Are you asking if I can set-up a new system, migrate data and set-up API’s or are you asking if I have experience with setting clients up for success after their system is built by a true Implementation specialist?? Creating a hybrid role sounds great on paper but when it’s time to hire someone who can do both within a 9 hour day, then the position is impossible to hire for which is probably why the seat is still open.
