Hello, I think this is a process that we all candidates should have to follow with disclosing the salary and expectations, Its right of HR to ask our salary. If you dont feel comfortable to disclose then you should not attend the interview straight away. Even i have attended the Interview @ benchmark and process looks very professional. At least the result they are telling us frankly , where other companies are not doing the same. Regards, Candidate
