I interviewed with the mechanical engineering manager and an HR representative. it was a pretty informal discussion about my past experience. No tricky questions or anything. There had been a brief phone screening prior to the on site interview. It was all fine, but they were clearly looking for someone to do simple and menial work for good pay. I was more interested in designing, but it seems those activities take place at their corporate headquarters in Europe.
