I basically just asked questions until I ran out of questions. As he had reached out to me and I was a passive candidate, I was expecting him to talk more and sell me more on the role and company. I later learned that a friend of mine also went to speak with him about the same role. He didn't have glowing things to say about the CEO either and said he acted defensively about the company's business model. As my friend is a male, I can't help but think he acted differently toward me because I am a female.
