You work for Virtual7 but will be contracted out to a public office, this means once you go through an interview process for virtual 7 and get hired you then have to go through an interview process for the public sector they have picked you for. - this can be a relatively long and tedious process as German public sector is super slow - working in the public sector can be rather slow, boring and not innovative at all - though virtual7 is very innovative and listens to your ideas, the public sector couldn’t care less and just want you to churn out the work they want you to do.
