      Avantages

      You get to magically squeeze two days of work into one. Great place to practice time travel with impossible daily deadlines. You will quickly learn how to survive on zero sleep.

      Inconvénients

      Highly toxic work culture. Join here only if you are willing to sacrifice your health and family time. Management consistently forces 15+ hour workdays by setting completely unrealistic deadlines—expecting two days of work to be completed in a single day. When you inevitably have to stay late, management takes zero responsibility, claiming they "didn't ask you to work more than 12 hours" while simultaneously demanding the impossible workload be finished. There is absolutely no respect for work-life balance or employee well-being. Stay away.

      Avantages

      I joined as a fresher in vSplash Tech Labs Pvt Ltd and worked 7+ years, nice co-working place. You can learn and work and implement your ideas as well also. The best management and working. They truly care about the happiness of their employees. It's a really relaxed and calm environment, even though the work we do can be fast-paced. Especially I would like to talking about our CEO, he is very friendly, and he always mingled with employees when he usually visits the office. Good work culture (One of the best places to work). Friendly Management. Easily approachable. I have always felt like it is family (vSplash family). If I got any chance to work with them in the future, I will happily accept it.

      There are no cons to say. All are in a positive way. No cons to say.

      Avantages

      Great Co-workers, decent hours, can leae your job in the office at the end of the day.

      Inconvénients

      No HR, severe lack of communication, immense lack of respect for employees, no job security. (Lyndhurst, NJ Office), bad pay, etc.
