      Avantages

      ITSC promotes from within and actually tracks performance. I started as level 1 help desk and now I mentor new hires when I’m not working with users.

      Inconvénients

      Promotion paths could be more clearly outlined, but they exist.

      Avantages

      People hear are great and always willing to help each other out. It's a whole other level of teamwork

      Inconvénients

      Pay structure is a bit misleading. They pay for active case work and not hourly
