Inconvénients
Can only speak in terms of the test automation team. unnecessary delay in completing automation tasks due to unrealistic expectations from an autocratic final code reviewer. The company is big on performance metrics hence, these kinds of delays from the so called final reviewer makes you look bad performance wise.
