It's an opportunity to make money.

Inconvénients

It was a humiliating and embarasssing experience working at subtel. I would not recommend it to any category managers who have any level of self respect for themselves. HR operates in an archaic way (non-digitised payslips being one example) and have a problematic level of control over employee working practices, includuding forcing new employees to work in the office despite most of the workforce enjoying home office/hybrid working arrangements. Inconsistent, archaic, problematic. HR requires its own HR department to address these issues.
