      all colleagues are very helpful, and they are all happening

      Inconvénients

      Management doesn’t want to listen to employees or understand the issues they face. The boss frequently uses inappropriate language. I'm tired of hearing complaints from customers, but even more exhausted by the boss constantly making things worse
