      pulseData creates a collaborative and exciting work environment. Everyone works together as a team and new ideas are considered and truly valued.

      Inconvénients

      New company = new growth = new opportunity = new challenges. But the positive to this negative is that new problems also equal new solutions.

      Avantages

      You get to work on something that impacts real lives. I really enjoy the work that I do and the remote community that we have.

      Inconvénients

      None to note - there's a new leadership team with awesome experience that I've learned from. I'm thankful for the new energy that has come in to drive the direction for the company.

      Avantages

      Pay is strong and it's a fully remote environment

      Inconvénients

      Lots of horrendous things going on behind the scenes of this small startup. Most of the top talent left in 2024 and that's after dealing with things that could have been in the news. This company has a tremendous amount to hide and should be investigated before you decide to join. Be sure to google PulseData before you interview and do yourself the favor of not joining unless you want to end up traumatized (especially if you're a female).
