      Avantages

      Great pay! No nights or weekends except occasionally they have volunteer hours. Regular company gatherings for employees and families with door prizes and fun activities. Monthly bonuses if you qualify and other great benefits.

      Inconvénients

      You will have issues with ANY job you have. Any issue I've had here I've been able to talk to management and things seem to always work out. The one thing that stands out is they seem to have their favorites.

      Thank you for mentioning talking to management - we try to have doors open (or windows or text messages or whatever works best for touching base).       Avantages

      When I worked at phClean the office staff was really nice and helpful. The company was really friendly overall and they were pretty flexible too. The other cleaning techs were nice to work with whenever we weren't solo.

      Inconvénients

      The work is sometimes pretty physical! But it's like a built-in work out if that's your thing.

      Avantages

      Professional and respectful environment from the top down - with training and a vision for advancement and secure and steady hours.

      Inconvénients

      Drove own vehicle but they compensated for it every month - so kind of a positive.
