      I have been working with Ntech for more than 3 years, I love working here, I feel like I am working with my family members. Each and everyone is well connected to each other from Management to the Associate level.

      Avantages

      Does not micro-manage, focus was on your quality of work and results. Great work-life balance. Supervisors care about your growth and constantly provide support and feedback as needed. Leadership cares about the employees.

      Great pay, easy interview process.

      Inconvénients

      No time off, no support, once you have the job you’re on your own. The only time they will reach out is if you’re being reprimanded by your employer.
