      I have been working at nTech Workforce for more than 4 years. They care about your well being, make sure you have all the tools necessary to succeed at the position they are placing you at. Management is friendly, professional and dedicated to Employee health and wealth. Very responsive management and great compensation package and benefits. Management is always there to help you with any kind of doubts/ questions amazing people to work with. Excellent work culture environment

      Avantages

      Does not micro-manage, focus was on your quality of work and results. Great work-life balance. Supervisors care about your growth and constantly provide support and feedback as needed. Leadership cares about the employees.

      Great pay, easy interview process.

      Inconvénients

      No time off, no support, once you have the job you’re on your own. The only time they will reach out is if you’re being reprimanded by your employer.
