Management does help you if you need it and you are often able to confer with other departments.

The only pro I can think of at this place is the day you leave this company for a better job.

Leadership treats people like garbage and are then surprised when people leave for other jobs. When we had our work from home ability revoked coworkers that are at other branch locations tell horror stories of HR doing "bed checks" to make sure everyone is in the office and not working from home. Apparently, leadership believes that grown adults with professional degrees cannot be trusted. Run from this place.
