      Avantages

      It’s a startup and can work on exciting projects. No politics - job commitment is all what matters here you will always get work based on your interest. Very approachable team, you can reach out to anyone in the team and take help. Performance pay can be more than whats in the offer letter depending on your performance and if you are ready to go the extra mile.

      Inconvénients

      There are few minor issues but the company itself is only a year old. So too early to say it as cons.

      Freedom to get work done and add your originality - express ideas and see those put to work. Lot of encouragement to move out of your comfort zones and work new Tech .

      Inconvénients

      Tight Timelines . There are no individual mentoring sessions . Not recommended if you don’t like a Fast-paced, try something new Work Style.
