Avantages
The leaders love to spend money, the product is extremely exciting and many successful companies will take a meeting with you to hear more. The customer success team is really good so customers are happy (and of course the product is the main reason).
Inconvénients
Leadership is .... egotistical. Diversity is .... lacking. If you're interested in getting back into frat culture this is the place for you! As a woman, I couldnt handle the culture and CEO for even 1 year with all the Pros listed above. I tired, I cried, and I am so much happier with that toxic environment behind me.
