Avantages
Very life balanced environment. The highest level of management/ownership truly care and are involved (if desired) at a personal level. Very fair wages, with good PTO options, and assisted with paying for technical certifications.
Inconvénients
Most employees outside of the home office in Michigan are working as consultants for imageOne's clients. If a client decides to change directions, it could mean termination for employees working in the client environment. However, imageOne tries to figure a way to keep the employees by offering other roles throughout the company. Last word on this, they let your know this up front, and when these situations occur, it's usually out of their control.
