      Avantages

      No micromanagement. Salary was ok.

      Inconvénients

      Old management style. If you don't belong to the "old guys team" you are not important. Iconectiv wants to share the concept of an "International company" but in fact focused in USA. Commercial policy without a clear direction, constantly changing. Bureaucracy demanding time to take decision about commercial condition. Very expensive prices. Lack of innovation

      Good pay, great hours, and pretty good system development requirements

      Inconvénients

      New hires aren't really skilled at the business line level requiring a lot of teaching. Employees overuse the email and messenger platforms and have numerous meetings disguised to show progress on project activities.
