If you are junior engineer and want to stay junior and never grow, this is a place for you. If you like company politics with coolness and smiles this is a place for you. If you like endless meetings with unrelated stakeholders, there is a place for you.
Inconvénients
The culture is monolithic. Unqualified software engineers who aren’t skilled in infrastructure technologies interview senior level candidates for all disciplines such as security, systems, networking and they end up making wrong calls. The bring the best talent and ask them unrelated questions such as writing a piece of C++ code because that’s all the interviewer knows. Then they disqualify the top talent based on that misconception. That’s why the culture never changes.
