      young people, new perspective on the work atmosphere, like a family, transparent bonus system, motivation on the performance, happines of the employees is always the most important thing, doing cool things regarding marketing and IT on a global level, always looking at the opportunities and creating ones in order to achieve more

      Inconvénients

      can be stressful because this is after all an agency

      Avantages

      A lot of effort and work of all employees but just as much fun and positive atmosphere. Dream job for anyone who is persistent, creative, interested in social media, have interest working in a team that is like a big family and want to gain new marketing experience.

      Inconvénients

      This job requires multitasking skills, lots of patience and desire of doing this. If you are not loving this job 100%, than don't do it. Very important: no individual - Teamwork, teamwork, teamwork!
