Perspective commerciale
Avantages
At the SQA level, the work is the standard Software QA stuff. They have plenty of projects and the teams differ on each project. The managers are great and they are relationship and people-focused. In over a year, I have not had a negative experience and the work is rewarding
Inconvénients
The review and promotion cycle is a little different. The upper management is working to improve it and bring the best and most qualified people into higher positions. It can be hard to get hired on as their front office has very minimal resources.
