Avantages
1. Great and friendly people to work with, at least at the Warehouse. 2. Easy to get trained. 3. Building is open during the summer so it doesn't feel so cramped inside. 4. Free ORCA card.
Inconvénients
1. Pays barely minimum wage for its warehouse workers. You can work there for many years and still make only about $2 above the minimum wage. They say they have a pay cap, whatever that means! 2. No drug or alcohol testing, so a lot of employees show up at work high on weed. If you hate the smell of weed, the warehouse is probably not a good place to work. 3. Workers barely stay long-term, so you're always helping a new worker. It's like you're doing your job and somebody else's all the time. 4. When higher positions become open, management bring in their relatives, friends, former classmates, people they know outside of work, etc. to fill up the position. If they promote from within, they promote only people in their inner circle.
