      Management is not active Salary is not given time After resignation full & Final and reliving letter will be issued very late (3-4 months, may be more) No recognition Minimal chances of growth Work Overload without support from head office insufficient manpower Useless policies Bonous and salary hike will be to a minimum

      A lot of fascinating and hands-on work and projects. Friendly staff and clients.

      Inconvénients

      Can be more engaging with co-workers, however it may be as good as it can be considering the position is remote.
