      the best reasons is that its a mid pace job and the coworkers are very respectful and nice

      all of a sudden they will call you in to come work if not fired not paying mich

      Avantages

      Mitarbeiter Zusammenhalt Arbeitsklima in den Filialen selbst zumeist gut.

      Inconvénients

      Mitarbeiter sind ersetzbar und unwichtig Filialen wurden bei der Gründung eines Betriebsrats geschlossen und Mitarbeiter alle entlassen. Regelungen und Vereinbarungen gelten für Mitarbeiter aber nicht für die Geschäftsführung. Der Regionalleiter ist in seiner Position vollkommen fehlbesetz und zu dem ein sexist. Jegliche Kommunikation findet hier über Druck und Drohungen statt.
