None except it's all virtual

Inconvénients

This company does not care about its employees. They call you into a last minute group meeting like cattle and fire everyone at once, no one, not HR or your manager, even bothers to talk to you 1 on 1. This is no way to treat people. I've been in real estate over 15 years and this is the worst I've ever seen an employer treat its employees, and I've seen a lot of things in those 15 years.

Avantages

The revenue share is great and makes it worthwhile

Inconvénients

all calls to support are outsourced and are seldom able to be solved over the phone late response to emails in a business where time is money need to sign on to their virtual cloud world if you need some help in the field which can be inconvenient when you are actively showing houses has lost all sense of a small brokerage feel, especially when you need help or help navigating a transaction.
