Inconvénients
It is hard for new agents. There is no guidance to help you find your way. There is a mandatory mentoring program cror nee agents but no one seems to know how or when you will be assigned a mentor. Consequently a lot of time is spent waiting.

The revenue share is great and makes it worthwhile
Inconvénients
all calls to support are outsourced and are seldom able to be solved over the phone
late response to emails in a business where time is money
need to sign on to their virtual cloud world if you need some help in the field which can be inconvenient when you are actively showing houses
has lost all sense of a small brokerage feel, especially when you need help or help navigating a transaction.
