Avantages
The work is easy and you can just crack on with things by yourself which is nice.
Inconvénients
Communication is so bad. It took 4 months for anyone to recognise my leaving notice even though I had been sending emails for the entirety of the 4 months asking for help on where to return my equipment etc. I finally got an email from someone asking why I hadn’t been showing up to work (4 months later🤣) to which I told them I had handed my notice in. They then said they hadn’t seen it so I re forwarded the email to them and they said they had missed it. They then became extremely pushy on short timings with returning equipment even though I had been chasing them to try and find out where to return it to. They even threatened debt collectors. The company overall is just extremely unorganised and if I knew leaving would be this hard I probably wouldn’t have joined the company in the first place.
