      Amazing community, Talented team who are happy to teach, and will take the time to help you develop new skills. Environment fosters learning and growth, and it's a fun and professional community with a great vibe.

      Inconvénients

      As an Australian, time zones can be tough if you need immediate assistance, however for an international company, eToro did exceptionally well with this.

      - Workload can be difficult to sustain long-term - Priorities shift frequently, creating a reactive environment - Limited time and resources to fully build out processes and frameworks - Heavy reliance on individual contributors to manage both execution and structure - Consultant-heavy model where scope may not fully cover operational needs - Limited support for project management or dedicated operational coordination - Some gaps in domain-specific experience aligned to the business model - Periodic workforce changes can impact continuity and team stability
