      The biggest issue at this company is the leadership at the local office level. The Managing Director lacks the experience and emotional maturity required for the role. This appears to be his first MD position and unfortunately it shows in how the team is managed. The leadership style is passive-aggressive and micromanaging, creating a toxic working environment where employees feel distrusted and undervalued. As a result, the entire middle management team turned over within a year Opportunities and promotions are not merit-based. Advancement appears to be driven more by personal connections and nationality rather than competence or contribution.

      - Workload can be difficult to sustain long-term - Priorities shift frequently, creating a reactive environment - Limited time and resources to fully build out processes and frameworks - Heavy reliance on individual contributors to manage both execution and structure - Consultant-heavy model where scope may not fully cover operational needs - Limited support for project management or dedicated operational coordination - Some gaps in domain-specific experience aligned to the business model - Periodic workforce changes can impact continuity and team stability
