      Avantages

      I have been working with eTeki over the past 5+ years as Team Lead for Delivery and Operations for eTeki. Work location is close to my home (and for many of the employees as well) Excellent opportunities to work with international companies from US, UK, South Africa, and many more. Good career growth and plenty of recognition opportunities.

      Inconvénients

      Not yet tapped into 100% of its full business potential. Improve business development Can improve on having more creative HR benefits.

      Avantages

      Engaging candidates via the eTeki platform greatly helps guide and auto-tune each interview, to filter them in context of a team, and their abilities as a key contributor and thought leader.

      Inconvénients

      It can be difficult to get the candidate to test their connection ahead of time; instead some do it at the time of the interview. This creates a start delay and eats into the slot assigned.

      1. Eteki interview platform takes a very professional perspective to interviewing Candidates which allows the Candidate more flexibility with interview scheduling appointments. 2. Eteki has an amazing process for building interview questions that are unique to each candidate. 3. Eteki confirms candidates before interviews using a photo matching system.

      Inconvénients

      1. Video and Internet connections issues happen and in most cases are resolved in a short amount of time. 2. Technology advancement needed to recognize proxy usage
