Avantages

Work from home is very helpful right now since my daughter is having to do school from home.

Inconvénients

Only con was that I was hired & told I wouldn't be on the phones & that ended up NOT being true. But after 5 months, I am now off the phones :)

Very difficult to navigate beenfits. Also unclear communication of contract start and end dates.
