Inconvénients
There are many incidents I have come across in my journey of 1 year with this company: * Worst Management response * Fake promises * No defined policies I shall list out the scenarios I came across: 1) Lost my job with one month notice period: * I have been hired by this company and got deputed to a client location. During the discussion, they said I will be deputed for a period of one year and will be extended or will continue to work with eTeam. But 1 month before my contract they sent me a mail saying that my last working day with eTeam will be one month by then. In asking for a reason they didn't respond properly. I lost the job with one month notice. I couldn't respond quickly to get another job and was at home for 40 days before I got a job. 2) Medical Insurance card not given even after a severe follow-up of 5 months: Finally got the treatment done from my savings of 1,1 Lakhs and bearing all the pain I faced in waiting for the card. No response was given by them even after several escalations. 3) Tax to be declared in written and need to be couriered. Even after sending enough proof, my tax got deducted, when enquired they said they forgot to upload the data to their software. 14,000 was deducted as a tax in total during the year. 4) There is no Earned Leave. 5) Salary will not be credited on time. In fact, you will never know when you will get the salary. For a month I got the salary only in the next month salary. That is, I got for salary as arrear in next month. 6) ............... many
