      The people at the company are the only redeeming quality

      Inconvénients

      - A self-obsessed CEO who is too obsessed with the latest AI to fix the company’s real issues - An unsellable product that continues to flail - The only benefits are the outrageously expensive health insurance which covers nothing, and the 1% 401k match - Below market compensation increases - Layoffs handled with little transparency

      Avantages

      Overall the team is good. Very talented people and a nice culture. They value work/life balance a lot in my experience.

      Inconvénients

      There could be more organization in the processes and better transparency from the leadership team.
