I can honestly say it’s one of the best career moves I’ve made. The leadership team is supportive, and there is a strong sense of collaboration throughout the company. Like any growing company, communication can sometimes get lost between management and the team, but leadership is open to feedback and always looking to improve. If something isn’t clear, asking questions and seeking clarification goes a long way. Also, when it comes to salary increases, you do need to advocate for yourself—raises aren’t automatic, but if you make your case, leadership is willing to listen. Benefits offer good coverage, but they can be a bit costly.
