No Structure No basic facilities in the office, no pantry, you are even objected if you use tissues., even the bathroom doesn't have a proper water supply and you may get stuck. Micromanaging CEO, with no new ideas, and just 0 creativity, only uses his creativity to shout at employees. Curses you to not work even 2 AM in the night, Very Egoistic person and leading to the collapse of the company. Delayed salaries for months, no hikes/increments. They promise you a variable but never pay it. No reimbursement of any sort
