I started as a Temp in 2005 and left with a career in 2018 with many opportunities for growth in between. Company promotes and hires from within. I've seen it happen many times. Small head count company with Global reach. You get to have an impact on what happens. Transparent/supportive/fair senior staff. Opportunities to make decent bonus depending on company performance.
Inconvénients
Not really a con but you will need to work hard.
