My experience with this company has been deeply disappointing and mentally exhausting. I have endured mental harassment, intense pressure, and repeated humiliation, primarily due to the toxic behavior of my manager, Puneeth. As a South Indian, I faced clear partiality, often treated unfairly compared to North Indian colleagues. There was a constant undercurrent of regional bias that made the workplace feel discriminatory and unwelcoming. Puneeth routinely blamed others for his own mistakes, often pointing fingers to escape accountability. I was frequently made a scapegoat, which not only affected my performance reviews but also damaged my professional reputation within the team. He actively created negative impressions about employees behind their backs, spreading misinformation and causing mistrust among the team. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but deeply harmful. It fosters a toxic culture where fear and insecurity replace collaboration and growth. It’s disappointing that such conduct is allowed to continue without consequences. Until there is a serious shift in leadership accountability and workplace ethics, I strongly advise others to stay cautious before joining this company. No one deserves to work in such an environment.
