Avantages

Remote job, other than that, none.

Inconvénients

Downsizing, micromanagement, they time your bathroom breaks and limit them. 0 job security I was a top performer and was let go due to “performance” after 5 months and working 80+ hours a week. I exceeded my quota and was still laid off, was never put on a pip, was never given a warning. The last conversation I had with management and the only feedback I ever got from management was positive and about what a great job I was doing exceeding my goals. when asked what metrics I did not perform on I was not given any answer. They also cut bonuses around Christmas and when asked why they told us it was to protect our jobs and avoid a large layoff, even though they laid us off on the 2nd day of the new year. Avoid this company like the plague.

Avantages

The Pay was somewhat alright.

Inconvénients

The Place was a mess! The work was extremely stressful and daunting! everyone looses thier voice at some point from constantly talking. Each sale lasts about 1-3hours, due to rules, requirements, and mandatory verbiage. Too many grey areas, for management to single you out, and penalize you for undefined verbiage, which leads to penalties and pay deductions. Management is stealth in discrimination and abuse. Like I said, too many grey areas. So if they have something against you, too many opportunities to penalize you unjustly. I lost over $4000 from this alone. Your metrics can be whatever they want it to be. Management even said to me, I quote, "We can move numbers around here and there", during a virtual meeting.
