Fun place to work - Avis employé Customer Service Representative eFaucets

Great place to work with great pay and great benefits. Very challenging projects offered as we were transitioning ecommerce platforms to that of scale.

Not enough feedback from the parent company until they pulled the plug and rolled the ecommerce business into their larger distribution business building physical stores and distribution centers for KOHLER. Feel like they traded clicks for bricks and mortar with a preferred partner to let them handle ecommerce and simply be their distributor. Win/Win for them, but not for those of us on the project. They did this in the first month of COVID 2020 and no one in the industry even noticed.

I am a newer hire and so far really like eFaucets. There is a fast paced work environment that I find challening and enjoyable. Leadership encourages employees to work outside of their comfortzone and allows for a lot of personal growth. Most importantly Leadership listens to what you have to say, they might not always be able to solve your problems but they are willing to hear you out. Since starting a few months ago things have changed a lot and I think leadership is taking the company in the right direction. There are a lot of little perks like Monday lunch and working from home that I really enjoy. We even have a little office dog you can visit if you need a pick-me-up.

Growing pains are real. We are often bogged down by old technology or personel shortages. It is constantly being addressed but some days it's tough to be patient. Some of the more tenured employees struggle with all the change and occasionally rock the boat. As long as you stay out of the fray it's not bad.
