Avantages
- You get to work in the US if you´re a foreign. - You can try to get the best of a pretty difficult situation and learn a lot.
Inconvénients
- This company is a 3 person operation working on a shared space. - They create a fake profile with your info so they can speak and make arrangements on your behalf. - They lie practically 80% of the time, get everything written! - They dont have any real clients, they get outsourcing contracts at a 2nd or even 3rd level, so you get paid the lowest rate on the market regarding your skills. - Their "projects and customers" are literally at a random place in the US, they get this opportunities form job boards, they dont care where are you going to, neither know the difference between a city like San Jose, CA and Helena, Montana... of course they dont ask your opinion or preference about it.... - Every topic related to money, payments or reimbursements is a big issue, most of the time you dont get paid what you where promised to, even if it´s on a contract. - The H1B visa is a lie. They conduct their business in a very shady / dishonest way (both internally and with clients) - Their "guest House" is really a 1 person apartment full of beadbugs, uncleaned, unfurnished (literally no chairs, TV, anything) and you have to share it with other 3 or 4 people. - They´re not really a partner of MS, Oracle, etc. - Most of them dont know anything about the US, culture, etc. The on boarding is a Joke and you´re not going to get any help setting up in the US. Mexicans BEWARE of this company, they are blacklisted in almost every big IT company on the US because of unethical practices in outsourcing processes. Dont risk your career or financial stability with them. if they dont get you a project in 3 weeks they break the deal and send you back to Mexico, but, if you try to leave them they threat to sue you for 20k usd. *PS: Most positive reviews here are written by themselves
