- Colleagues - Lot of optional social events - Great LAN parties - Personal development is important for the company

Inconvénients

This is personal opinion but the tech stack is almost full Microsoft which isn't optional for the development in a long run.

Small salary and sometimes didn't get enough support from management/seniors when working with challenging customers/projects
