      Avantages

      Small/medium team size with exceptional expertise. Your opinion matters in the product development. Plus, there are a lot of fun activities in the company.

      Inconvénients

      The downside of working in eBuddy can be the location. Amsterdam is quite an expensive city to live in. The other con may be that eBuddy has yet to capture the global chat market, thus job security may be a concern.

      International atmosphere A lot of people to learn from Lots of room for your own initiatives A fun environment

      Inconvénients

      Not a lot of opportunities to grow vertically in your career since it is a very flat organization. There is little formal training nor a clear profile of what an employee should know or should be able to do.

      Avantages

      Nice company, great people, excellent location. Great place to improve technical skills, a great team of developers.

      Inconvénients

      The company grew with the popularity of instant messaging (especially MSN) and declined when MSN did. The company didn't manage to get enough users on their own new messaging platform (similar to Whatsapp / Viber) and run out of money. The business model was not that great (users first, cash later).
