Avantages
1. Very friendly, inclusive and sociable culture. 2. People are great. Strong D&I community groups. 2. Great benefits e.g. private health care, frequent fun team days and amazing events, frequent free catering. Pay is good vs traditional retail but average for tech industry. 3. Relatively flat structure with a lot of accountability, freedom and ownership.
Inconvénients
1. Behind competitors on innovation - projects, ideas and product releases often feel behind the market which can be frustrating. 2. Progression is an ongoing challenge - often unclear and paths to progression seem to massively depend on who your manager is. 3. Work life balance seems good for some but very bad for others (seems to be worse at mid management and senior levels).
