      Avantages

      Fun Co Workers. Not Much Else. Its a job

      Inconvénients

      Management is horrible. They do not listen to there employees. Very hardheaded. The company is being run into the ground led by Donahoe and his cronies. We interact with ebays customers on a daily basis. We hear the complaints and problems user are facing when they use the site. Management is unwilling to change there boneheaded policies to better there site. Very soon I think there will be no more ebay.

      Avantages

      Good work, lots of AI experiments, AI innovation, latest tech stack, Co-workers are very co-operative and helpful. Most AI tools are still unlimited.

      Inconvénients

      Some teams are over-working due to smaller teams as a result of recent layoffs. Office perks (like catered food, snacks) are dwindling every quarter even though company wants every employee to be 3 days a week in office. Company wants 80 percent code to be generated by AI but no clear guideline how to achieve that.
