great company, has strong assets - ebay, paypal, skype, stubhub, stumpleupon - they encourage job rotation every 11 months. so there are people who moved from ebay to paypal to other parts. within each company, people have moved one division to another, one role to another - they have missed the list of top companies to work for in teh recent past, but last year they made it they have sabbatical concept, if you are 5 years, you can take off for 6 weeks paid vacation they introduced RSUs since last year, this is another great asset
Inconvénients
loosing it competitiveness response to competition was not swift, becoming old fashioned monolithic they is some sense of insecurity all over, largely because the stock is not doing very well.
